Ordering

Orders are only accepted online at www.motobatt.us.

Here you can use our secure online shopping cart and pay with Paypal or any Major credit card.

Use our parts selector to find the correct Motobatt parts for your machine.

Select the “Login” link in the right hand upper margin to login and view your current or past orders, and find shipping and tracking information.


Sales Tax

Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state or province as your shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We won't know the fulfilment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.


Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

As soon as the Motobatt receives and processes your return, you will be notified via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive the email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.


Payment

Payment can be made online at www.motobatt.us our secure Manufacturer website we take all major credit cards. You can also pay by check or money order made out to Motobatt USA, Inc.

Postal details will be listed on your order and your goods will be dispatched once funds are clear.


Prices or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change without notice. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. We make all efforts to ensure the fitment information is correct on our Parts Finder. Please contact Us within 30 days regarding price discrepancies.


Privacy & Security

Motobatt USA uses the most up to date security available to protect your identity and transaction information. Customer details are only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us. Motobatt USA Inc will never share or sell your details to another party outside the supply chain network. We do keep your information for future purchases. Once you create your login and password you can come back and shop with us whenever you like 24/7. From time to time we may use your contact information to send promotions or marketing information to you, but you may opt out and any time.

PCI DSS: In complying with PCI-DSS requirements, Motobatt via Netsuite has 3D Secure credit card authentication—also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. 3D Secure adds a higher level of credit card fraud protection. It requests shoppers to create authentication passwords for their credit cards, or requires them to enter their password if they already have one assigned.

US-EU Safe Harbor: Key for the transfer of personal data from European Union (EU) countries to the US. Motobatt via NetSuite adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles published by US Department of Commerce with respect to personal data about individuals in EU countries from its subsidiaries, customers and other business partners. NetSuite's participation in the US-EU Safe Harbor program can be confirmed by viewing the list of Safe Harbor organizations at http://safeharbor.export.gov/list.aspx.

Continuous Security Monitoring: Motobatt via NetSuite employs numerous intrusion detection systems (IDS) to identify malicious traffic attempting to access its networks. Any unauthorized attempts to access the data center are blocked, and unauthorized connection attempts are logged and investigated. Enterprise-grade anti-virus software guards against trojans, worms, viruses and other malware from affecting the software and applications.



Shipping & Deliveries

All retail orders over $50 USD will be shipped Freight Free inside the Continental United States by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise indicated by you or us. You are given the option to select “Express” in the checkout area. If you select “Express” we will work out the most efficient way to ship products to you.

Please ensure you leave a contact phone number where we can reach you to organise and quote your freight cost. Note: You must have an address where a courier can deliver to be eligible.

All online orders received by 2pm will normally ship the same day.

Most items will arrive within 5 working days inside the US. Our depot is based in Florida.


International Shipping

All international orders will ship via Fedex or UPS. Motobatt USA takes no responsibility for customs clearance fees or brokerage costs. You may want to contact your local Fedex or UPS agent for estimation for fees. Note: You must have an address where a courier can deliver to be eligible.


Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Motobatt immediately using the contact information included with the order.


Returns

From time to time mistakes can be made either in selection or picking items.

  • If the mistake is found to be an error caused by Motobatt we will replace your item at no cost to you.
  • If an error was made by you, we will do our best to get you up and running again.
  • Freight back to us will be the responsibility of you, unless we made the error, in which case we will pay the freight..
  • Batteries have a shelf life and all returns must be received back to us within 30 days and in a condition fit for sale.
  • Items ordered by you in error that arrive back damaged, incomplete or not fit for sale will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00 plus the cost of making the product complete or saleable again.
  • To initiate a return, log into your account and obtain a Return number.
  • Returns can only be initiated after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise advised.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • Credit for returned items will be applied to the same credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.


No items sent back to us without a Return Merchandise Authorisation will be processed. Such items will be returned to sender.


Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Motobatt USA, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
